• Set-up project-tracking documents for new student hostel development projects
• Assist in preparing, maintaining, and distributing project documentation such as meeting minutes, RFI’s, change orders, site instructions, etc.
• Organize and attend weekly/ bi-weekly project meetings and prepare minutes.
• Comment the project documentation and correspondence, not limited to shop drawings, purchase orders, construction drawings submitted by consultant team and contractor team
• Liaise with end users, government bodies, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Assist in supervising and monitoring the work of consultants/contractors to deliver the projects according to the required time and qualities
• Ensure quality deliverables are managed in compliance with relevant statutory requirements/design standards, within approved time frame and in a cost-effective manner.

• Identify and manage project milestones, monitor project progress for academic building complex development and renovation project
• Assist in preparing the feasibility studies, tendering document, and tender drawings
• Liaise with end users, government bodies, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Comment the project documentation and correspondence, not limited to shop drawings, purchase orders, construction drawings submitted by consultant team and contractor team
• Assist in supervising and monitoring the work of consultants/contractors to deliver the projects according to the required time and qualities
• Take part in architectural layout plans and site management in relation to the works occasionally
• Ensure quality deliverables are managed in compliance with relevant statutory requirements/design standards, within approved time frame and in a cost-effective manner.
• Maintains professionalism and interact with user

• Participated in superstructure works stage and occupation permit stage of Residential and Commercial Development Project
• Assist senior Architect for project management and project administration, including to issue AI, reply contractor submission, reply RFIs, etc.
• Liaise with government department for statutory submission and obtain Occupation Permit for the development project
• Coordinate with client, project consultants and contractors for project monitoring, quality control and works details; and
• Prepare tender documents and reports

• Prepare feasibility report for renovation, routine maintenance and preventive maintenance works
• Carry out cost assessment & estimation for major repair/ renovation works
• Prepare HK statutory submission for Addition & Alteration works
• Conduct project meeting with contractor periodically to tracking site progress
• Carry out site visit and inspection to check the works quality and site safety from design stage to completion stage
• Coordinate with client, sub-consultants, contractor and premises users

● Handle and apply licensing application for Food and Beverage

● Conduct condition survey and prepare feasibility report for government properties

• Carry out routine maintenance works for the assigned estate, including the plumbing and drainage services, building fabric in all common area of estate, etc
• Supervise and monitor contractor performance of maintenance works; and
• Co-ordinate with contractor, technician, and property management division for maintenance work.

• Prepare compliance checking report and feasibility report for proposed scheme in accordance with the current Hong Kong legislation requirements in relating to accessibility provision
• Prepare detail drawings, cost estimate and programme of works for feasible improvement works
• Present feasibility scheme and present to client.
