• Led ASPE to IFRS and IFRS to U.S. GAAP conversions for publicly listed clients on TSX and NYSE.

• Reviewed relevant contracts (revenue and lease) and performed GAAP conversion quantifications.
• Prepared adjusting entries, consolidation, and financial statements in accordance with IFRS and U.S. GAAP.
