I have been very fortunate to have had the opportunity to successfully complete the AFSM Lead program where I felt more educated about the operation of our great organization(Loblaws-Shoppers Drug Mart).
More recently,during the last 3 years,I was able to work and contribute differently as our team went through Covid and had to make things happen in a totally unusual landscape. I was able to train and assist many different team members into different new roles while closely as part of 2434's Management Team.
