Project Description: AT&T is a leading American multinational telecom company in US. Esri is the global market leader in geographic information system (GIS) software, location intelligence, and mapping.

Esri builds ArcGIS which connects people with maps, data, and apps through geographic information systems (GIS). In this project we develop DB components and various other scripts which helps to convert raw data of various telecom components into an structured data which is then converted into spatial data using the ESRI application.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinated with Client managers, Architects and Analysts to develop, enhance and maintain database applications.
• Developed schemas, tables, triggers, indexes, sequences, constraints, sql database packages, functions and procedures.
• Worked in ArcGIS tool to covert oracle data into Oracle Spatial data. Oracle Spatial data is then converted to shape file which will be used in map services to create maps.
• Responsible for extracting and loading high volume of raw data into database.
• Scheduled tasks on Cron jobs for data loads like fetching data from external network server, process data and load it into local database.
• Monitored and analyzed database activity to identify and prevent incidents and recommend performance improvements.
• Designed and developed data migration procedures.
• Provided optimal design solutions to improve system quality and efficiency.
• Worked on automated solutions to minimize effort and time taken during high volume data load using PL/SQL and shell scripting.
• Written complex codes and queries and participated in code reviews.

Project Description: CCD (Computers and Communications Division) is an Infosys internal IT support team . Networking is one of the service area under CCD which helps to establish network connectivity and resolve networks related issues with in Infosys network and connectivity issues with external clients.

Responsibilities:

• Established and enabled network communication between remote client locations and Infosys .
• Configured and installed various network devices and services (e.g. routers, switches, firewalls, load balances, VPN).
• Provided L2/L3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Analyzed security logs to determine any network security threats .
• Monitored system resource utilization and capacity
• Delivered helpdesk service and support to customers.
• Optimized network software and operating systems by applying updates and patches.
