- Checking the quality of lettuce from the greenhouse coming into the facility
- Performs incoming material inspections, and in-process product inspections and finished product quality inspections
- Perform audits of products including components weights, finished weights and other organoleptic evaluation as required
- Inputting observations into an Excel/Word sheet and communicate to management for any issues
- Provide Timely and clear instructions on all inspections
- Assessing product specifications to align with customer requirements
