Project: IRIS (Intelligent Risk Identification System) This project aimed to equip the client with a cutting-edge transaction monitoring and alerting system powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI) and network analytics.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Worked with business and product owners including senior management and defined business objectives and requirements
• Responsible for eliciting, analyzing and writing business requirements for enterprise and customer facing web and mobile projects and document them in the form of business requirement documents, user stories, technical and functional specifications
• Worked closely with IT directors & business stakeholders in launching and designing the mobile solution strategy
• Participated in Agile cadence such as Scrum standup meetings, backlog grooming sessions, review and retrospective meetings
• Managed projects as Scrum Master guiding team to deliver projects; facilitating scrum cadence like stand-ups, sprint grooming, sprint planning, sprint retrospective and sprint reviews.
• Assisted Product Owner by facilitating backlog prioritization and backlog refinement sessions
• Collaborated with the QA Lead and QA team to define traceable test scenarios that confirm the requirements through multiple testing phases including API testing using Postman
• Developed current state and future state business process maps, messaging maps, current flows and use cases
• Translated business requirements into functional specifications for the IT team, outlining features, functionalities, and user interfaces.
• Worked with developers and system architects to design a technical solution that meets the business needs and constraints.

Project: Harmony Hub is a mobile app designed to streamline user experience and centralize control for the smart thermostat and integrated smart home devices. This project focused on two key areas: Unified Smart Home Management and Empowering User Management

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborated with stakeholders (product managers, marketing, sales) to understand the overall business objectives for the mobile app.
• Conducted user research through interviews, surveys, or usability testing to understand user needs, pain points, and expectations for a smart thermostat mobile app. Developed user personas to represent key user groups.
• Elicited detailed functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders and users. This included features, functionalities, user interface (UI) expectations, performance benchmarks, and security considerations.
• Analyzed the gathered requirements, identified potential conflicts or overlaps, and prioritized them based on importance, feasibility, and impact on business goals. Documented the requirements clearly and concisely.
• Facilitated workshops with stakeholders and development teams to ensure everyone was aligned on project scope, user needs, and functionalities.
• Communicated clearly project progress, challenges, and potential changes to stakeholders, keeping them informed and engaged.
