Time spent in the Community Health Centre model has paved the way forward affirming Diversity, Equity and Inclusion as an integral part of practice. Working in at risk communities with marginalized individuals of all ages has provided a multitude of experiences.

Safe spaces for students to learn, grow and master new skills is an ultimate goal. The field of Early Childhood Education is experiencing an explosion of growth and it would be an incredible experience to take part in.
