I founded Fraser Valley Cleaning when I first moved to Chilliwack to generate an income. I have now expanded this business from a solo operation to a team of four employees. I have now transitioned from fieldwork to administrative tasks including scheduling, communication, payroll, advertising, payroll and client acquisition.

• I was responsible for sales of mutual funds, regular investments, mortgages, credit products, accounts & overdraft, as well as bringing over new clients!! Being efficient and figuring out each clients individual needs has helped me excel in this role

• Maintaining old business an ensuring customer service is evident in our day to day transactions
• Assisting my small business customers choose the best product for them and their needs
• Responsible for putting together small business loan applications and helping my customers "live their dream".

• Answered phones and ensured that all messages were relayed promptly so that business could move along efficiently
• Modified incorrect files, and put new files together to ensure that they were organized and ready to go through the support package, essentially making things more efficient for the personal banking officer
• Funding Mortgages
• Funding Scotia Plan Loans, line of credits and visa's
• Posted cheques, debits and credits.
• Communicated with customers via letters, updating profiles, etc.
• Aided in selling products to customers, either through cold calling or follow up calls with customers to ensure they were happy with our services. Alternative banking ideas were offered/discussed to ensure good customer service.

• Participated in the promotion of new products, ensuring we had the right posters and brochures out.
• Ensured that all documents were up to date
• Ordered Office Supplies

• Balanced and Closed Cash ensuring that everything was locked up securely at the end of the day

• I was responsible for office management for a construction company. I worked directly with the owner to ensure a streamline process. I was required to answer the phone, coordinate with subcontractors, assist in payroll, office filing and much more.
