Riverside Square is a two phase low- and high-rise condo development by Streetcar Developments. Built on 4 acres of land at 77-79 East Don Roadway and 677 Queen East a total of 864 condo units at Riverside Square will be spanned over four low-rise buildings, a staggered 4-7 Storey building, an eastern 8 Storey and two 13 and 13 Storey buildings along with a 24 Storey tower and with public green space. This development is the first in North America and what makes it unique is the mixed residential and Automotive use- (with 5 Auto car dealerships) under one roof and a multi 4 level underground service bay department. Truly one of a kind development.

  • The residential portion has 6 elevators in 3 buildings,
  • Auto side has 5 residential elevators and 4 large commercial auto elevators to move cars and trucks to various floors
  • This project was completed with a small field staff working with demanding partners in the Auto side and certainly tested the team in all accounts.

  • Full structural rework from 5th floor to basement - complete remodel of all floors, suites electrical and Mechanical - to transform this beautiful building into the modern 55 room boutique hotel
  • Hired and delegated tasks to subcontractors to complete projects faster.
  • Requested project bids from subcontractors and assessed quotes against budgets.

Amazing giving life back to this historic landmark.

  • Renovation to the Broadview Hotel- Former Jilly's Strip Bar- full structural top to bottom was needed as the building was condemned and almost collapsed. The Broadview Hotel is a historic east end neighborhood landmark with a wonderfully colorful past. Originally built in 1891, it has now been meticulously restored and reimagined as a 58-room boutique hotel designed to reflect on the building’s history. The added spectacular Rooftop Bar/ patio gives an amazing 360-degree views of the city.

Amazing working on such an historic building and bringing life back to it and the community The hotel has won renovation awards for design and historic preservation.
