The Run with Recruiters (RWR) Program is designed to give applicants an opportunity to workout, connect and gain insight on what is required of them in regards to a career with Edmonton Police Services. During this program I have already noticed a great improvement in my mental and physical health, becoming even more ready for my future career. We complete the beep test once a month, as we well as doing HIIT exercises and calisthenic exercises ( push ups, dips. etc. )
