• Liaise with stakeholders, coordinate project objectives, break down required works and implement plan to achieve most efficient path for execution of each project
• Produce high-quality reinforcing steel shop drawings based on contractual drawings, specifications, in accordance with industry standards such as CSA, OPSS, RSIC, etc
• Monitor project work and identify potential problems ahead of execution time, propose solutions and assist GC in resolving these issues
• Support site crew to plan for their work-load and schedule delivery of material to site
• Efficiently manage multiple projects concurrently by prioritizing and organizing necessary tasks
• Utilize software like MS NAV (ERP), MS Project & Excel, Procore, and Fieldwire to monitor progress
• Identify discrepancies in drawings and deviation from scope of work and create RFI to clarify
• Track any changes due to addendum and/or site instruction and produce change order
• Maintain up-to-date progress and cost reports to keep project on task and within budgetary parameters
• Represent company in project meetings and coordinate project objectives with other trades
