- Chemical and sensory evaluations and proper storage of raw materials and finished products.
- Ensuring proper implementation of GMPs on accurate basis in packaging, production, receiving, shipping and wherever required.
- Training new and existing employees on GMP, record keeping, packaging, shelf life and production processes more.
- Label verification & Calibration of pH meters, scales, thermometers and ATP swab machines and
- Following Hold procedures for raw materials, intermediate and finished products
- On-site verification for metal calibration, record keeping, weight checks, shelf life, oxygen checks, packaging materials on finished products
- On-site analysis of SOP being followed by employees while making product and doing on-site whenever required for investigation of OOS
- On-site sanitation procedures for allergen changeovers on production equipments and packaging lines and utensils
- Creating Work Orders and follow-up for maintenance staff whenever required.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, teams and databases
- Titration, Recording room temperatures and ensuring that proper storage temperatures are being maintained and performing investigation for OOS.
- Assisting in investigation of customer complaints.
