  • Understand the duties of the assigned position of a Cabin Crew during flight and ensure the satisfaction of passengers by answering questions and offering them assistance.
  • Carry out pre-flight duties, including checking the safety equipment and doing security checks, ensuring the aircraft is clean and tidy.
  • Check cabin before take-off to ensure compliance with safety regulations, welcome travelers on board, and help them to their seats when necessary.
  • Monitor the cabin frequently for the entire duration of the flight in adherence to established regulations and procedures.
  • Trained in handling a medical emergency and providing particular attention to passengers with special needs (children, disabled, elders, etc.)
  • Greet passengers as they board and exit the plane explaining safety guidelines to all the passengers
  • satisfactorily perform the above-mentioned essential duties in an environment with a moderate noise level and fluctuating temperature levels.
  • Analyzes low to moderate levels of complexity, cooperates with peers, Crew members, and supervisors of diverse nature who may hold divergent views.
  • Respond to common inquiries or complaints of the customers, regulatory agencies, and, or members of the business community.
