Created a seamless experience for our users between platforms by implementing single-sign-on technology and identity management for our entire firm
In addition to the security benefits, our IT team and our SaaS platform for independent advisors were able to build off our SSO implementation
Trade staging application: currently an application will streamline trade order entry from external partners, create a running book-of-record, and a slack-bot connectivity for our traders to rapidly communicate trade statuses back to users
The launch of this tool will reduce trader hours spent processing trades, reduce and economic losses for the funds represented
Data + Business Intelligence System: Launched the firm's most significant data architecture platform to tackle operational inefficiencies regarding the payment of distributions for our portfolio of 100+ funds
Combining custody, market, and third-party vendor data as the foundation, we built a system to query, reconcile, calculate and generate key reporting, resulting in sophisticated automation and error-handling when performing our payment calculations
The underlying architecture has resulted in dozens of features in our pipeline to serve our operations and finance teams to find efficiencies, limit errors and costs, and create effective applications that will allow us to scale our most vital business units.
