In this role, I am responsible for organizing and loading my van in the most efficient way to deliver packages to my customers on time without damaging their orders. In this role, I have achieved awards in over 150 routes, 100 thousand packages delivered and over 1 thousand smiles (good ratings)

Within a few months, I was promoted to lead, due to several awards for perfect attendance and gem awards for going above and beyond in customer service. In this role, I was responsible for making sure everyone was doing their job and managing lunch hours without there being a drop in the team's performance, and writing shift reports.
