· Manage and ensure adequate aseptic environment at the lab

· Coordinate with team members to ensure effective communication and productive scientific discoveries, leading to high quality projects published in high impact factor journals.

· Lead ongoing projects, specialized in the use of hiPSCs-derived cardiomyocytes.

· Established and optimized experimental protocols including: differentiating cardiomyocytes derived from human iPSCs; isolating extracellular vesicles derived from different sources such as cell culture condition media, plasma and serum; cloning FoxO1-based skeletal muscle cells for monitoring insulin sensitivity in vitro.

· Performed the biosynthesis and physiological characterization of nanoparticles from Lactobacillus strains under different chemical conditions.
