- Performed daily field rounds, checking critical equipment including pumps, exchangers, furnaces, reactors, and
sulphur handling systems - Isolate and prove zero energy on equipment to be inspected by other trades.
- Operated and monitored waste heat boilers (WHB), maintaining pressure, temperature, and steam production
- Followed and applied unit procedures for systems such as blowdown (CBD/IBD), tail gas handling, and
ammonia-related processes - Offloading Ammonia from delivery trucks in accordance with site procedures.
- Maintained clear Communication with control room during start-ups, Shutdowns, and daily operation.
- Read and used P&IDs and unit drawings to understand process flow and equipment relationships
- Monitored plant conditions and reported issues such as leaks, pressure changes, or abnormal readings
- Conducted boiler feedwater treatment, including testing pH, hardness, and conductivity
