As I have worked in the restaurant industry since I was 17, I have developed the ability to manage stress and remain calm during peak shifts to ensure a smooth flow and encourage a supporting environment where coworkers can rely on each other. My experience in hosting, bussing, and serving has given me insight into the importance of creating a positive atmosphere by demonstrating compassion and kindness to customers so they can become regulars to greet and serve again.
