on obstetrics i provided care to one mother and baby at a time. which included mom and baby vitals, PO medication administration, accu checks and patient teaching.

on mental health we spent one week at SMHC, two weeks at home care and one week at st Amant center. At SMHC was responsible for one patient including medications and assisted with meals. At homecare i completed multiple skills including ostomy care, wound care, colban dressings, patient teaching, insulin administration, reassessments, and topical creams. At St Amant was responsible for one patients medications and administer tube feedings.
