I started off driving routes to learn the job and moved into management after 2 years. I was responsible for a team of 10-20 drivers on my personal team. I was the dispatcher for the routes 20-40 drivers and vehicles per day depending on the time of year, responsible for handling customer issues, delivery issues, sending assistance to drivers that were behind. Responsible for receiving all the vans and other items, greeting the drivers and addressing any issues they had on route. Responsible for vehicle damage tracking, cellular device maintenance and tracking. I was a keyholder as well responsible for closing up shop every night.

I was injured at Chapman Construction, I went to the VA to receive treatment and I was led through the VA system to apply for VA disability from my ARMY injuries, I spent the next 4 years volunteering at the hospital in PTSD groups and helping other veterans navigate the disability system.
