As a trainer at Markham FBLA, I helped lead the biggest new chapter in FBLA in Canada for 2024. Training more than 30 Members in the Calculations cluster, I organized bi-weekly meetings for members to practice and offer feedback.

As an usher working at the Richmond Hill Centre for the Performing Arts, I provide excellent customer service by greeting patrons, directing them to their seats, and answering questions to enhance their overall event experience. I constantly collaborate with my entire usher team to ensure smooth crowd management and safety, maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Working 15 hours per week as a part time student. Assigned with Tier 1 (help desk) and Tier 2 (field support) with solving IT, network, cybersecurity, application, and computer hardware related issues for the customer.
