Enter reservations through email on a timely basis and answer questions through
chat with members. Responsible for checking if gurney rides are correct for
members ie: height, weight and oxygen if needed. Transferring members to
different service levels to get faster service.
• Act as a liaison between customers needing service in their homes and
dispatched technicians. Knowing that 100% customer satisfaction is goal.
• Schedule service appointments, schedule technicians, procure parts for
service call, place appointment reminder calls, respond to customer
inquiries about their service request and handle any billing issues.
• Interact with part vendors to follow-up on orders placed, ascertain estimated
of arrival for delivery of parts, and if needed, cancel orders. Make sure that part
inventories are stocked and if needed, follow-up on orders from vendors.
