• Applies efficient troubleshooting methods to deliver fast resolutions and ensure minimal customer downtime
• Possesses advanced knowledge of computer hardware, including component installation, diagnostics, and repair
• Manages and maintains multiple command conference rooms, ensuring all equipment is operational and providing prompt support for meeting setup and coordination.
• Functions as the command’s Mobile Device Manager, handling remote configuration, deployment, and support for all organizational mobile devices.
• Ensures the security, functionality, and availability of multiple SIPR computer centers and mission-critical SIPR assets.
