  • Taking care of end-to-end recruitment cycle of AZ and DZ truck drivers, Dispatchers, Office admins, Forklift operators and General Labor along with filling on-call shifts.
  • Understand staffing needs from manager, crafting job descriptions to post on job portals and work with marketing and advertising department to post ads social media and sometimes attend job fairs as well.
  • Evaluating candidate suitability with the job by screening resumes and conducting around 50 preliminary screening interviews daily and update company’s database with all crucial information.
  • After selecting the best suitable candidates who matched all the parameters of client, sending the file containing candidates’ documents and forms.
  • After approval of the file by client, next responsibility is to schedule the interview with the client and scheduling the road test by coordinating with both client and candidate and following up with them in whole process.
