- Supporting a team both Regionally and Nationally, providing training and a point of contact for all administrative functions for all levels of employees
- National OS&D Support and Training
- Hosting Conference calls and motivating a Team of OS&D Coordinators to follow the SOP’s and procedures which in turn improved service and reduced lost freight and claims
- Regional Cash Shipment support and training for Western Region Terminals on working cash pro shipments to reduce financial loss to the company
- Outstanding amounts over 30 days past due went from $180,000 to zero
- Implementing a process for the Kelowna Warehousing division and setting up and creating an entire Excel program for Inventory Control that is used in multiple terminals to control and invoice warehousing division freight
- Currently focusing on prepping the Kelowna terminal admin processes to function more efficiently for go live through various reports.
