1. Account Management (ITAM):
- Manage end user network accounts: create, modify, delete, and maintain.
- Handle Distribution lists, Generic accounts, and Guest accounts for External Users.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Microsoft License subscriptions; liaise with Microsoft support.

3. Network and Application Notices: Analyze and respond to both planned and unplanned network or application notices.
4. Hardware & Software Lifecycle and Purchasing: Manage hardware and software lifecycle processes; Oversee purchasing of IT equipment and software.
5. Software License Management: Manage assigned and unassigned software licenses.
6. Software Requests Evaluation: Evaluate current and new software requests.
7. Support and Guidance: Provide guidance and support to team members; Assist in problem-solving, offer technical advice, and help resolve technical challenges during project implementation.
8. Project Work: Work on additional projects as requested.
