Throughout school and work I have done nothing but affectively lead and guide people to the right direction. If there was wrong doing I would not yell or punish but I would help guide and show why the wrong doing was not okay and shouldn't happen again. When it comes to home life I was a caretaker. through my teen years my grandfather was bed bound and could not function on his own, meaning that I had to help him with eating and going to the bathroom, even moving around. This taught me patients and empathy because it made me realize not everyone is capable of doing everything on there own and you need to learn and adapt. but most of all through home, work, and school I learning how to treat everyone with respect and lead people with compassion.
