Committed to becoming a Master BMW Technician, the aim is to obtain advanced BMW education and training, further develop social and interpersonal skills, increase productivity for the dealership, and actively contribute to problem-solving efforts while expanding knowledge of the BMW product. I bring a solid foundation in automotive excellence and have been a proud member of the Irvine BMW team since August 2018, with the intention of continuing to bring strong work ethics to the BMW of Riverside family. Currently holding the position of a Certified Level II BMW Technician. Additionally, I am fully certified in high voltage vehicles, demonstrating my proficiency in electric and hybrid technology. The career goal is to attain Master Technician status while fostering a strong sense of camaraderie and collaboration within the workplace. Passion for the BMW brand drives the desire to help colleagues and the dealership succeed while delivering exceptional service to valued customers.
