-Collaborate with university officials to provide guidance and direction to DIA staff in order to enhance the growth and development of student-athletes, both on and off the field.
- Work with staff to develop strategic initiatives and programs that benefit the department, teams, coaches, staff, and student-athletes that are executed in a consistent, efficient, and professional manner throughout the support services areas.

- Managed all personnel actions, including promotions, reclassification requests, merit increases, and disciplinary actions for Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches, and Team Personnel
- Evaluated and approved all operational expenses, including, but not limited to: coaches’ travel, relocation, equipment and uniforms, general supplies, meals and nutrition, medical coverage, and recruiting expenses
