-Collaborate with university officials to provide guidance and direction to DIA staff in order to enhance the growth and development of student-athletes, both on and off the field.

- Work with staff to develop strategic initiatives and programs that benefit the department, teams, coaches, staff, and student-athletes that are executed in a consistent, efficient, and professional manner throughout the support services areas.

-Work with various departments on campus to enhance holistic offerings for student-athletes both on and off the field in regards to student-athlete, staff, and coach well-being

-Lead the department’s student-athletes admissions committee in conjunction with University policies and staff

-Apply advanced concepts to the development of training curriculum and may assist with organization training in areas of Championship Excellence, which includes areas of policy, employment, programming, education, engagement and communication

-Oversee and guide the Athletics Championship Excellence Committee, and help integrate recommendations from that group into the department culture including development of a Championship Excellence Action Plan to support the effort of the department's strategic plan
