Perform janitorial duties including preparation/cleaning of funeral chapel and other internal areas before/after services.

Ensure funeral hearse and lead car are cleaned/maintained in a pristine manner.

Responsible for clearing walkways of snow and performing salting operations to ensure safety of staff and clients.

Responsible for lawn maintenance including weekly grass cutting, seeding of newly covered plots, reseeding of dead grass area,

Leveling sunken graves and seeding grass of same.

Clearing up fallen limbs and debris.

Fixing leaning headstones and/or arranging for professional straightening services.

Weeding/maintaining flower beds.

Operating whipper snipper to tidy up around headstones.

Operating chain saw to clean up fallen trees/limbs.

Prepared/cleaned up burial sites in a timely manner

Opened/closed graves and operated lift equipment

Maintained building exterior - window washing, clearing walkways of snow, weeding flower beds.

Lawn maintenance including whipper snipping and hedge trimming.

Indoor cleaning and general maintenance.

Perform accurate and timely inspection and overhaul of fuel controls.

Adhere to established standards and guidelines.

Ensure quality control in all aspects of work.
