I started working in Real Estate sales in 1977 with the Jon Douglas Company, specializing in luxury homes in Beverly Hills, Bel Air, West Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley.

In 1984 I was recruited to help in development and Sales Management with the George Elkins Company in Beverly Hills.

This led to the position of Senior Associate Sales Manager and Sales Manager of both the Beverly Hills and Hancock Park offices of Fred Sands Realtors where I was employed until 1995.

During this 10 year period I was actively involved in recruitment, training and teaching new and experienced agents in subjects such as contracts, listing presentation, trust/probate sales and REO (Real Estate Owned property).

It was also during this time I established outstanding professional relationships with various lenders (Commercial Banks and Savings and Loans) and attorneys.

From the time from 2000 until present I have worked in representing these long term established clients and high end luxury properties, including homes and residential income.
