• Spearheaded lab support for R&D in catalyst manufacturing, including chemical synthesis and scale-up to mass production, optimizing processes for improved efficiency and performance.

Scale-Up & Commercialization:

• Worked with cross-functional teams, including engineers and stakeholders, to innovate and implement new manufacturing technologies like the 'RoboPot' catalyst auto sorter, enhancing lab efficiency.

• Led safety initiatives as the lab’s Safety Representative, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and conducting audits to maintain regulatory standards.
• Authored and reviewed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Safe Work Practices (SWPs), and Quality Work Procedures (QWPs) to ensure safe and efficient laboratory operations.
