1. Oversee both regular and specialized procurement. This includes:
- Helping our junior BA navigate procurement procedures and policies.
- Work regularly with AMCM to solve procurement issues.
- Work regularly with SPI when budgeting issues arise.
- Help guide our management team through fiscal year end activities and deadlines.
- Lead the exercise to determine the RC’s spending plan.
- Helped guide the management team through On Ramp funding application.
- Regularly participate in meetings with our government partner to improve how we use our special procurement authorities.
2. Special projects:
- Participate in a SME working group for how to implement Workday Finance on the low side.
- Participate in NSIRA reviews.
- Helping to modernize the teams current recruitment techniques and tracking.
3. Oversee and assist with responsibilities in previous position.
