  • As an assessor I determined eligibility for child care subsidy by retrieving the most recent Notice of Assessment through the Canada Revenue Agency portal

  • Maximized client engagement through proactive outreach efforts, including phone calls, and written correspondence. Reduced barriers for non-English speaking clients by providing translation assistance when needed with interpreter services during calls.
