Major Duties : SENIOR PROJECT COORDINATOR / DISPATCH

• Schedule and dispatch workers (Laborers , Pipe Layers , Grademen , Machine Operators , Truck Drivers) , Equipment of all sizes Including : Excavators , Buckets & Attachments , Dozers , Loaders , Backhoes , Skidsteers , Packers / Rollers , Water Trucks , Crushers & Screeners . Lowbeds , Tandem dump trucks , Ponies , Transfers (up to 50 a day) 80 Yard Bins , End dumps , Roll off bins (Both in house and Third Party) to appropriate locations in the most efficient and cost effective way to the Various Incorporated companies and outside Customers .

Key Job Element No 2

Major Duties : PRICING & MANAGING SMALL PROJECTS

• Meet with customers to go over proposed projects and come up with solution and plan to help them meet their goals .
• Price out work to be performed
• Place Material orders
• Help manage the project efficiently and ensure safety policy is adhered to .
• Hourly work project management
• Snow removal : On call 24/7 for dispatching equipment & crews . Some examples are : Surrey Fraser Docks , CN Rail Thorton & Intermodel Yards , BC Transit Various Locations , Surrey School Board , Misc lumber yards & Complex Parking lots .

Key Job Element No 3

Major Duties : BILLING AND INVOICING

• Write up Daily Job sheets with all information for billing
• Collect daily bills and tickets from workers
• Organize paperwork and deliver back to office , go over billing with Invoicing Department to ensure Invoices are correct and on time .

Key Job Element No 4

Major Duties : MANAGE EQUIPTDATA & POINT OF RENTAL SOFTWARE

• Track all Equipment both Company owned and rentals
• Open / Close Contracts for machine rentals *Including all in house companies and outside customers
• Work closely with sales & service teams to track and manage all service and repairs to all operational equipment

Major Duties : PURCHASING AND PO's

• Vendor pricing and assistance to the Estimating Department
• Ensuring that the best value and pricing from every and all vendors is received
• Purchase order administration and distribution using SAGE 50
