Kelvin Kenude Azor is a public health biomedical Scientist, with 5 years of continuous postgraduation professional work experience in health systems strengthening of public and community health structures for HIV/AIDS, TB, viral hepatitis, AMR/AMS activities, and malaria with a good knowledge of Nigeria government integrated health care systems, global health, and international development. I have robust experience in wide areas such as partnerships and collaborations with intra departmental units and external partners which includes engagement, capacity building and performance management of general population programs, community-based/Key populations program. I have deep knowledge of donor funded laboratory programs for Global Fund and PEPFAR/USAID partner organizations in Nigeria. A quality management system (QMS) Laboratory specialist, with progressive work experience in quality management system implementation towards achieving ISO 15189 accreditation, especially in resource limited settings, data analysis and visualization, monitoring, evaluation and use of data to inform project and program decisions, Infection Prevention and Control, Waste management, Biosafety/Biosecurity, Infectious disease detection, Anti-Microbial Sensitivity and Resistance activities and Implementation research. Good understanding of WHO-AFRO Strengthening Laboratory Management System toward Accreditation (SLMTA) and its implementation. I am passionate about teamwork and integrity.
