Kelsi is an intersectional thinker with a love for learning, strategy, and community building. She has a strong level of educational background in climate risk and transformation with an aptitude for sustainability strategy creation, people and culture, and decolonization initiatives. Kelsi is constantly exploring how to manage the impacts humans have on their environments, and has previously tailored her studies towards fair labour movements in the Bangladesh ready-made garment sector. Most recently, she has completed an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Specialization Certificate from the Corporate Finance Institute to gain technical industry skillls.
