Working closely with over 40 Indigenous Communities and their members to ensure that there was clear and transparent communication with the services being provided. I also worked with the staff to implement Indigenous Awareness training for all members and implemented Ecora's UNDRIP action plan.

I also Implemented new processes to streamline workflow and improve overall efficiency within the team and also built client relationships by responding to inquiries, identifying and assessing clients' needs, resolving problems, and following up with potential and existing clients.

Both internally and externally, I handled complaints, provided appropriate solutions, and alternatives within appropriate timeframes and followed up to achieve resolution.

I maintained detailed records of all client interactions, ensuring accuracy in reporting and facilitating clear communication across teams involved in each project or campaign execution also partnered with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and consistent with corporate values.

When working with Indigenous communities, individuals and within our organization, I collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and expansion of services offered.

I Achieved revenue targets consistently by identifying upselling opportunities and securing long-term contracts with key accounts while building a strong relationship which also included managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring optimal results by tailoring strategies to individual needs.

I maintained client files with sales contracts, records of client interactions, client notes, and other information, all the bases of key project management while I also streamlined internal communication processes, resulting in more efficient collaboration between team members and improved client outcomes.

I was able to initiate and help construct a data base of not only government data but also cultural data for the community that allowed for Justified and educated decision making including but not limited to Energy and maine and their Treaty entitlement claim. I was name by the Treaty Chiefs of British Columbia as the warrior Steward of the land
