• Explaining the contracts to the customer and making sure they know what to expect from them and the customer and or company.
• Helping customers with trouble that may have risen over their rental and helping them with whatever they need.
• Meeting different types of customers and adapting to them and making sure they get a pleasant service from us.

• The primary role is to ensure the safety of the dogs in our care and providing a fun environment that promotes socialization and good doggy manners.
• I meet with customers daily, greeting them and their dogs, discuss needs and/or concerns and provide a report at the end of each visit.
• I am responsible to oversee and train staff, scheduling, evaluate incoming dogs and maintain a safe clean environment.

• Bringing dogs down from the kennels to bathing room to get them ready to go home.
• This is a high stress position after holiday weekends with tight timelines and unpredictable dogs.
• Wrote a business plan for a doggie day care, presented it to the owner and helped to build the day care to 45 dogs a day over two year period.
• Loved this position, crazy busy to make dogs beautiful and customers happy.

• Part time while in high school and summers.
• Take dogs from the kennels (as assigned) and take them out for walks and play time.
• I became the 'red flag' walker as I was able to safely manage the more difficult dogs.
• The trick to managing aggressive dogs is to remain calm, show no fear and be patient.
