  • Facilitated 4 provincial working groups, conducted literature searches, and collaborated with 50+ stakeholders and experts from 20+ health care orgnaizations across the province to develop best practice frameworks to guide falls prevention and the rehabilitative care of patients with hip fracture and total joint replacement (TJR).
  • Developed core set of 8 purpose driven performance indicators to evaluate provincial impact of Ministry funded projects, collaborating with Ministry of Health and LTC, and provincial task and advisory groups
  • Developed and evaluated results of a self-assessment tool across the 11 legacy LHINSs; mapping current state of hip fracture and TJR rehabilitation against best practice guidelines
