• Preparing gas train quotations for Germany.
• Working together with the Sales Manager and other departments to ensure our products, services, and deliveries are satisfactory to customers.
• Processing burner, gas trains, and spare parts orders received from customers within the CRM system.
• Providing excellent customer service face-to-face, by phone, and by email.
• Supporting customers by providing technical information, such as manuals, wiring diagrams, CAD drawings, spare parts lists, and other technical documentation.
• Communicating project-specific information, such as the expected delivery date and production schedule, with customers.
• Assisting the sales managers in adding new business to our written business.
• Managing and processing all orders coming from our subsidiaries in Atlanta and Elgin.
• Prepare and maintain recommended spare parts kits for burners.

• Provide quotations for U.S. and Canada spare parts.
• Process spare parts orders in CRM for the US and Canada.
• Provide support to all subsidiaries for spare parts quotes and orders.
• Prepare and maintain recommended spare parts kits for burners.
• Work closely with purchasing to ensure B/O parts are being ordered for customers, as well as for our inventory.
• Handle incoming sales and technical inquiries concerning spare parts, and identifying parts.
• Organize, maintain, and update the technical library for spare parts.

• Order and issue purchase orders ("P.O.s") for products and materials for production requirements, as well as replenish general stock levels.
• Have all new vendors and new contracts reviewed and approved by Engineering & Controller.
• Coordinate logistics regarding parts/products arriving on time, and follow up on all P.O.s.
• Liaise with the Production Manager and Project Coordinator.
• Inventory control management / year-end physical count and reconciliation.
• Review job files to ensure that all shipments are being invoiced to customers.
• Prepare management reports as requested.

• Building of gas trains and wiring according to schematics.
• Installing and wiring some components on burners if applicable.
• Layout and assembly of control panels if required.
• Installing burners on stands if required.
• Review drawings and select proper fittings for assembly.
