Rally Assets is an impact investment asset management firm. Impact investing is all we do and all we’ve ever done. We help investors generate positive social and environmental impact alongside a financial return. We create specialized solutions for corporate and institutional investors, foundations, family offices and individual accredited investors.

I lead a great team working to help clients deploy capital for positive impact. I set the company's strategic direction and through managing staff, operations, budgets, thought leadership and external client and stakeholder relationships deliver on that strategy.

• Advised more than 100 investors, foundations, and financial institutions on how to align their investment strategies with their social impact objectives, personally contributing to over $500M of capital invested in high impact solutions
• Developed and deployed customized strategies for investors and advisors, that balance financial, social and environmental concerns spanning sectors, asset classes, cultures and regulatory jurisdictions, strategically integrating responsible and impact investing into existing investment and portfolio strategies
• Democratized access to impact investing research, tools and products through the creation of significant market resources, education and platforms
• Grown Rally from an advisory only business to a leading Impact Investment Asset Manager, with 4X increase in employees and an 8X increase in revenue. Building AUM from $0 to $250M in 4 years
• Led the successful bid for the Government of Canada’s $755 Social Finance Fund, resulting in Rally as one of three wholesalers.

Within Mercer’s Investment Consulting division, the global Responsible Investment (RI) team delivers RI advice and implementation support to global institutional investors and to internal consultants.

• Advised global institutional investors on aligning responsible investment goals to financial objectives and policy statements, integrating ESG across asset classes, developing active ownership strategies and implementing the UNPRI Principles
• Consulting to the UN, was on the team that wrote and launched the UNPRI Principles
• Implemented Mercer’s first ever investment manager ESG ratings, engaging with managers to educate them on ESG, review and rate investment products globally, and enabling overall market development
• Advised the Canadian Task Force on Social Finance (MaRS) in developing and executing a strategy for Social Finance in Canada.

• A CARE Canada initiative, CEP managed a social venture capital fund to finance sustainable social enterprises in the developing world.
