• Calculating and providing heat loss calculations
• LoopCAD layouts and designs
• Full Hydronic system designs, including calculations and selection of equipment to meet criteria
• Working with contractors and engineers to spec equipment packages
• Submitting shop drawings and IOM packages
• Quoting commercial projects, design build projects and cross referencing manufacturing equipment

• Servicing customers, offering product knowledge and direct sales service ensuring the customers' needs are received and followed through to completion

• Coordinating the processing of outgoing product, preparing and loading material in a timely manner so as to meet delivery deadlines and customer commitments

• Receiving requests and responding to inquiries from customers

• Invoicing sales orders for cash reports to ensure purchases are all allocated

• Special Ordering plumbing and heating products

• Purchasing, issuing purchase orders to vendors/suppliers

• Returns, processing return good memo through vendor RGA's

• Hydronics Sales and Design

• Performing constant hard labor

• Weekly safety inspection of work area and tools

• Removal and installation of all roofing materials eg: plywood, shingles, icewater, venting, chimney's etc.

• Cleaning area before departure

• Taking customer orders over the phone

• Dish washing and making preparations

• Delivering pizza's to customers in a timely fashion

• Handling proper equipment usage, material handling and maintenance
• Housekeeping within area of responsibility
• Operating a forklift
• Reviewing variance reports for specific area of responsibility, offering solutions to ensure a high level of productivity
• Preparing goods for shipping to ensure accuracy, and appropriate packaging.
• Completing appropriate shipping documents including BOL's, DG's etc.
