Respond to public inquiries and complaints. I prioritize quality service to internal and external customers.
Plan, organize, assign, supervise, review, and participate, in the work of Police Communication Center.
Fully trained and actively work all required positions including radio, call-taking, and. training. I am well versed in 10 code, 9 code, RIMS, and New World CAD systems, and other police technologies.
Responsible for all scheduling, timesheets, covering last minute vacancies, and managing voids created by vacations and training.
Responsible for onboarding new hires through the orientation process, and assist with training.
Responsible for directing the maintenance and repairs of the technology required to perform the daily duties in the dispatch center. I coordinate with vendors when necessary for maintenance or repairs, including but not limited to SLPD IT Department, AT&T, County Radio, Rapid Deploy, and Capture Technologies.
