- My Amazon Customer Obsession journey began here at DJCS in Hollister, CA. At this Delivery Station I learned the importance of teamwork and deadlines. I learned and worked in many capacities here including Stow, pick to Buffet, Induct, building Carts, folding and strapping carts, loading and unloading carts and straightener. After just over a month I transferred to Oak4's pick department. I learned the intricacies of proper pick rate and techniques as well loading totes. After 30 days of pick I transferred to Ship Dock where I have been ever since.
