As a Registered Practical Nurse I was able to work independently, and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks to complete, giving attention to details of medication administration and wound care in accordance with prescribing practitioner directions. I maintained thorough records of clinical care provided, medications administered, and procedures I assisted the Dr. in administering. I completed client assessments in a timely manner, including liaising with family members.

As a customer service representative I was able to remain calm under pressure and deal with difficult customers. I utilized active listening skills to identify a customer's needs, and negotiated with them to problem solve whenever possible, practicing patience throughout.
