As a WestJet CSA agent, I recognize we are often the first point of contact for our guests arriving at the airport, whether it is the beginning or end of their travel experience. I believe we play a very important role in their travels. Dealing with each guest in a personal yet professional manner is how I strive to help make their travel experience the best it can be. I truly believe in treating people how I would like to be treated, in and out of my profession.

CSA duties include the following:

Guest assistance support during check-in includes verifying documents, managing baggage drop, and assisting at the self-serve kiosk.

Oversee gate operations, bridge flights, and manage deplaning and boarding flights to and from YYC. Aid the guest with flight connections.

Assisting with itinerary changes due to missed flights, delays, or cancellations in flights.

I have been a practicing realtor for the past six years. There are many roles a real estate agent must play, from the beginning of the process to the final days of closing a deal. Real estate agents rely on referrals and repeat clients. Aside from all of the legal paperwork, etc., one of the main things that keeps my clients returning is the personal touch I add to the buying and selling process.
