Prepared and delivered lectures to undergraduate nursing students. Enhanced nursing students understanding by incorporating real-life case studies and simulations into lecture and lab. Served as a faculty assistant for RN to BSN students during their capstone course and provided strategies on how to perform evidence-based research (EBR). Provided proficient and safe nursing care at a Level 1 Trauma Center and handled critical emergencies including cardiac arrest, stroke, car accidents, stabbings, head injuries, drug overdose, and burns in pediatric and adult patients. Supervised and precepted nursing students and selected to represent the Unit Practice Council Quality and Safety program for the Emergency Department.
