After my fourth month of commitment to this McDonald's location, I was welcomed to work with a Certificate of Outstanding Employer behavior, as well as a gift card for use at Amazon. I was mentioned to receive this award after a particular situation at the workplace. Many managers come in on their days off to perform managerial meetings (in which the floor would only consist of crew members). Since we were by ourselves, I took it upon myself to relieve breaks and delegate tasks. When my managers arrived back on the floor, I was commended for the help and congratulated for my diligence.
