Proctor duties were part of my job, which included maintaining a secure, conducive environment and integrity of the examination process encompassing pre-exam, administration and post-exam duties as elaborated below. Setting up examination venue, verifying students' identity and eligibility, ensuring correct seating, providing clear procedures and regulations, collecting attendance digitally, providing students with necessary exam materials both for paper based and computer based exams, monitoring, maintaining order, reporting irregularities and incidents digitally, informing site supervisor or course instructor when required, monitoring time. On exam completion, collecting and organizing exam materials, securely returning those to course instructors and winding up exam venue.

Site Facilitator duties consisted of supervising the complete examination venue wherein many examinations were being conducted at a time, distribution of question papers, supervising and maintaining integrity of the examination process, helping in mitigation of irregularities, handling emergencies, etc.

In addition, I worked as Instructor - Operations. My major duties included following:

• Teach students using a systematic plan of lectures, demonstrations, discussion groups, laboratory work, shop sessions, seminars, case studies, field assignments and independent or group projects.
• Develop curriculum and prepare teaching materials and outlines for courses.
• Prepare, administer and mark tests and papers to evaluate students' progress.
• Advise students on program curricula and career decisions.
• Provide individualized tutorial or remedial instruction to students who require it.
• Supervise independent or group projects, field placements, laboratory work or hands-on training.
• Supervise teaching assistants.
• Serving on committees concerned with matters such as curriculum preparation / revision and course and diploma requirements.

Home tutored students of higher secondary, polytechnic, engineering and management programs.

I was responsible for design and fabrication of special testing equipment, as well as assessing of corrosion behavior of metals and new alloys.

I worked in the Reliability Engineering Department for a sponsored project of Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, for creation of infrastructure in the areas of emerging technologies.

I worked for the Advanced Light Helicopter (ALH) programme. My specific responsibilities included planning, evaluation and procurement of standard and specific tools, composite and other materials.
